代購品牌(非自家品牌)貨品不設退換，請檢查清楚所選尺寸及顏色。自家品牌產品尺碼有剩餘貨量的時候可換， 但不設退款。 更換尺寸請在收貨後起2天內向客服提出。已下單訂單不設退換款或更改尺寸， 如發現訂單錯誤，請在1小時內向客服提出更改。There is no return or exchange for purchase agent's products, please confirm the selected size and colour.The size of our own brand product (LUNA PALACE MADE) can be exchanged when there is still the remaining stock, but no refund. The price includes product, workmanship, cleaning and checking fee upon arrival and international and local shipping.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. We will check the product after we receive them. If we find any stain on the fabric during checking, we will clean it free of charge. The product found damaged during checking will be replaced, repaired or refunded.
